Yes! I love creating custom pieces that tell your story. You can request a commission through the Custom Order Form on my website. Once I receive your details, I’ll reach out personally to discuss size, style, and pricing before any work begins.

What is memory art?

How long does a custom piece take?

Each project is different, but most commissions take 2–4 weeks, depending on size, detail, and current studio workload. I’ll always give you an estimated timeline up front and keep you updated along the way.

Do you ship artwork?

Yes! I ship across the U.S. using UPS or USPS, carefully packaged to protect your artwork in transit. Shipping costs vary by size and location and are calculated at checkout or during your commission quote and are insured.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Custom art is made to order; therefore, all sales are final. For digital downloads, refunds aren’t available once the file is delivered. Refunds are accepted for available (non-custom) artwork within 7 days of receipt. If you’d like to request a return, please contact me with your order details and the reason for the return. I’ll provide a return shipping label once your request is approved. To receive a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Once the piece is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

How do I care for my artwork?

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from moisture or extreme temperatures. For resin or mixed-media art, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Never use cleaners or water.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock artwork ships within 3–5 business days after purchase. Custom commissions are shipped once completed and approved. Delivery time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way.
